CombiFuel® – component certification is completed

After a long time, CombiFuel Swiss AG has finally completed the component certifications for the individual components of its CombiFuel® technology.

Following successful certification, the next step will now be to register and test the first vehicles for the specific exhaust gas tests in accordance with the legal standard ECE-R115 (also known as the retrofit directive for LPG & CNG systems).

The following vehicle models are planned for the start: Suzuki Jimny, RAM 1500 (V8) and the Dodge Durango (V8). This marks the market launch of our CombiFuel® technology in the gasoline engine segment. Further vehicle or engine types will follow continuously, thus expanding our product range.

The diesel segment is expected to follow from the second or third quarter of 2022.
